Currently, we offer a complimentary "registration code" for users who wish to experience Y-BOX free of charge. Simply input the registration code during sign-up to access the platform at no cost. However, please note that this feature will be phased out once we introduce additional tools and implement a payment system. As our first user, you have the privilege of enjoying free usage, but we may require payment for future access to Y-BOX.

For online sessions, we recommend utilizing popular online conference call applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and more. While Y-BOX provides a chat box for sharing ideas, incorporating a video call allows for simultaneous verbal communication alongside typing ideas. In offline sessions, participants can join your Y-BOX session via mobile and contribute ideas to the shared center screen. While theoretically, you have the ability to invite up to 1000 participants, we strongly advise against including such a large number in a session. To ensure a high-quality experience, we recommend a maximum of 15 participants. Having too many individuals in the session can overwhelm the chat box and hinder the smooth flow of the session. Prioritizing a manageable number of participants will help maintain the session's quality and effectiveness.

Once you have generated a sufficient number of ideas, you have the option to export them to a CSV file, enabling you to create an Excel sheet containing essential data such as the idea owner, the idea itself, and accompanying cues. You can then transfer these ideas to digital whiteboards like Miroboard or Mural to facilitate further clustering and organization. This seamless integration allows for a smooth transition as you continue to refine and structure your ideas.

Currently, Y-BOX is available exclusively in English. However, we have plans to expand its language support in the future. Our upcoming developments include offering the Facilitation Quiz App in both English and Dutch, with further plans to introduce additional languages such as Dutch, Korean, and Chinese.
